The hotel rooms were spacious with a walk-in shower, which was a pleasant surprise for us as we booked at the last minute around 3:30 PM. The service was top-notch, with staff always ready to help and responding willingly to our requests. The location was perfect for shopping, surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants. However, we did experience some difficulty with the room key, needing multiple tries to open it.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent, close to many amenities in Vacaville. However, the breakfast options were a bit limited, and there was only one person working at times.
My stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites was perfect for our needs. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is so friendly. I found the service outstanding, as they went the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect. The hotel is located in a safe area with lots of restaurants close by, making it convenient for dining options. However, the hotel only had one person working, which was a slight downside.
